We build automation and web solutions for SMEs across Europe (production projects, real deployments).
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain Python services (APIs, integrations, scripts).
- Develop web frontends with HTML/JavaScript, using Next.js when relevant.
- Build and maintain static websites with Hugo (content, templates, builds).
- Run and troubleshoot environments with Docker (dev/prod).
- Join occasional on-site client sessions across Europe (workshops, implementation support).
- Handle project-related document operations (collecting info, formatting, sending, archiving contract documents based on provided templates; no legal drafting; everything validated internally).
Requirements
- 0-2 years experience (or strong personal projects).
- Solid Python + web basics (HTTP, REST, Git).
- Comfortable with Docker (build/compose/logs).
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS/JS; experience or strong motivation for Next.js.
- Hugo experience is a plus.
- Professional English required. Estonian is a plus.
Work setup
- Place of work: Tallinn.
- Part-time: 20 hours per week.
- Hybrid: 3 days remote + 2 fixed office days per week.
- Commuting support: 50% reimbursement of public transport costs, capped at EUR 60/month (with receipts).
- Business travel in Europe: transport + accommodation covered.
Salary
- Gross salary: EUR 1,200-EUR 1,250 / month (depending on profile).
